  50 Hours per month, $.25/hour after 50 hours (overuse charges capped at $12.50/month).
• Unlimited Access - $20/Month, $100/6Mos, $200/year - $25/setup *
  This account applies to modem OR 64k ISDN access.
• Unlimited Access (Group Rate) - $16/Month, $80/6Mos, $160/year - $25/setup *
  This account applies to modem OR 64k ISDN access.
  Your organization must be pre-approved to receive group rates.
  Please call for group rate requirements (companies, churches, etc. any organization can qualify).
• Unlimited with Static Address - $30/month, $150/6mos, $300/year - $50/setup. *
  This is a special account, mostly for network purposes.
  Can be used to serve multiple machines, particularly email.
• Bonded ISDN (128k) Access - $40/Month, $200/6Mos, $400/year - $50/setup *
  This account also applies to "Shotgun", or dual modem setups.
• Bonded ISDN (128k) with Static Address - $50/month, $250/6mos, $500/year - $50/setup. *
  This is a special account, for those with server software.
  Can be used to serve multiple machines.
  (This is a great account for private networks.)

All accounts are given twenty megabytes of system storage for email purposes.

Setup charge will be waived, at our discretion, for first time accounts not needing telephone or on-site assistance with their software to get online. Setup charge will also be waived for any user switching from another regional Internet Service Provider.

If necessary, on-site software configuration is available in the local calling areas of Spearfish, Sturgis, and Belle Fource. Subject to scheduling.

Altaire is not responsible for any telephone charges you may incur by dialing numbers that are not in your local calling area. Please check your phone book to make sure that the number you use is a local call and NOT a toll call.

eMail Services

20MB of mail storage is included with every mailbox on our system. The system is accessible with POP3/IMAP clients or via our webmail system (http://webmail.mato.com). We employ multi-tiered front-end (rejection) and back end (user-configurable) spam and virus blocking. Virtual private mailboxes (whitelists) can also be configured with your account(s). Single emailbox accounts are available for $25/year ($2.50/month), and a 25 box virtual mail server (@yourdomain) is available for $150/year ($15/mo). Domain carriage is included with standalone mailboxes or virtual mail servers.

Personal Web Space

• 20MB Personal web space is free with any of our access accounts. These pages should only be low traffic. Higher traffic web sites over 1GB per month must use the commercial web pricing structure. If your personal web pages exceed this limit more than two months consecutively, your web space will automatically be converted to our first level of commercial space (Basic Web Site), and your account will be charged that rate in addition to your regular access charge(s). Please see Acceptable Use Policy for content restrictions.
• A Domain Name may be attached to your personal web space for $10-$35 per year, with a $25 initial setup charge. The relevant recurring charges are an annual domain name registrar maintenance charge ($25), assuming we handle registration and renewal of your domain for you, and the annual domain name carriage charge ($10).

Commercial Web Space

• Basic Web Site - $150/year ($15/month), $25/setup
  • 100 megabytes of storage, traffic up to 5GB per month.
  • FTP(S) access only.
  • Virtual Mailbox (yourid@yourdomain.com).
  • Local page counters, and pre-built scripts (ASP, forms, etc.).
  • Local SSL cert installed.
  • Detailed site transaction reporting (stats).
  • Hosting of one domain name is included.
• Full Web Site - $250/year ($25/month), $50/setup
  • 250 megabytes of storage, traffic up to 10GB per month.
  • Frontpage Extensions and/or FTP(S) access.
  • Virtual Mail Server (25mailboxes@yourdomain.com).
  • Local page counters, and pre-built scripts (ASP, forms, etc.).
  • Local SSL cert installed.
  • Detailed site transaction reporting (stats).
  • Hosting of one domain name is included.
  • Sub-leasing is not supported.
• Commerce Web Site - $450/year ($45/month), $50/setup
  • 500 megabytes of storage, traffic up to 25GB per month.
  • Frontpage Extensions and/or FTP(S) access.

  • Pre-built or your ASP/PHP4/PERL scripts.
  • Local or your SSL cert installed.

• Commerce Plus Web Site - $750/year ($75/month), $75/setup
  • 1 gigabyte of storage, traffic up to 50GB per month.
  • Frontpage Extensions and/or FTP(S) access.
  • Virtual Mail Server (100mailboxes@yourdomain.com).
  • Pre-built or your ASP/PHP4/PERL scripts.
  • Local or your SSL cert installed.
  • Detailed site transaction reporting (stats).
  • Hosting of up to five domain names is included.

• Co-location - Starting at $100/month, $300/setup.

  These fees do not include unlimited web page development and/or maintenance.
  All pages are posted as we receive them, or as they are posted by your designer.

Web Page Development

• $50/hour, billed in 1/2 hour increments.
  Please ask us for a specific quote for your web site, we will quote web sites, and adhere to that price commitment (for your original quoted specification, changes mid-design may increase costs).

Storage

• For those using personal web space, all access accounts receive twenty megabytes of space with the account.
  
• Additional storage (beyond personal or commercial web space allocation) as follows:
  • $1/month per 10 megabytes of additional storage.

Domain Name Services

• Primary Domain Name Carriage - $10/year, $25/Setup
  (Internet root server registrars charge various small amounts ($15-$35/year) to point a domain at our servers for hosting. Registrar charges are often billed directly to the customer, but we may rebill to your account if we handle submission or transfer of your domain for you. Setup and carriage charges will be waived when a domain is registered in conjunction with a web hosting or mailbox/server option.)
• Secondary Domain Name Carriage - Free with any dedicated circuit or colocation account.

Referrals

• Simple Referral - Receives a $10 rebate on service
  (Defined as a simple good word that results in a new signup.)
• Full Referral - Receives a $20 rebate on service.
  (Defined as full software assistance to new member by referrer. New member must be completely and correctly setup by referrer without telephone or on-site assistance from Altaire.)
• Commercial Referral - Receives $25 rebate on service or cash.
  (Defined as full software assistance to new member by referrer with a business license.)

NOTE: Referral rebates will be credited to a single referrer only after the new client has paid their initial invoice. Referral information needs to come to us in some form of email. Casual mention of referrals may be forgotten. Any referral credits will be void if the parties involved do not agree.

Dedicated Circuits

• Dedicated circuits must contract for three months minimum.
• Telco local loop charges are the responsibilty, and will be paid by the customer. We can assist you in quoting, and establishing these circuits.
• In Western South Dakota, US West does not offer Fractional T1 circuits, so all FT1 circuits quoted above are port charges limited at our end. The local loop circuits are always full T1 to your site.
• There are significant hardware and software considerations with these circuits, please contact us if you are unsure of the requirements. On-site consultation and/or set-up is always available for $40/HR.
• All dedicated circuits include secondary domain name services.
